Mental health

Everyone concern towards the mental health is a must. Mainly to the young generation, Nowadays we can see and face the rising of mental health issues as an individual, a family and in a society too. Despite such serious consequences we neglect this burning issue. We should understand that if you are mentally unhealthy, your life will be impacted venomously.
In the context of Nepal, Financial crisis, Unemployment, Drug addiction and game addiction, Broken relationship among teens, Early truma, Overprotective personality, Leisure sickness, Lack of proper parenting, Socio-cultural perspective are the root cause of mental illness. Which has compelled people to face hopelessness, loneliness, restlessness, frustration, depression, stress, anxiety, arrogance and low self esteem, As a result unscrupulous activities such as sucide, murder, rape, discrimination is rising.

At this time of Global Pandemic, The world facing major crisis, people loosing their job, obstruction in running their business smoothly, they are restricted to get back to their hometown, people have to live alone which they could have utilize for productive outcomes, In this critical phase they may go through such mental illness, Therefore Psychological and Social support for the stability of such vulnerable people is their major necessity. 
Apart from that, yearly thousands of criminal & sucide cases take place, among which maximum of the consequences has been nourished by mental health problem. 

Mental illness is not a big scandal. It may fully recover or can manage their symptoms through proper attention in early stage. Even though patients is in a chronic & severe stage, with the aid of clinical and counselling psychological treatment, they are able to live productive lives. Further consultation with the psychological expert will help you cope with the situation through psychotherapy (it explore thoughts, feeling and behaviours & seeks to improve an individual well being),family and social therapy, medication. Experts help you to develop self esteem, coping skill, constructive beliefs, stress prevention techniques which can support to feel better emotionally, spiritually & physically. 
So,If you are suffering from such type of pains & problem, do not panic, do not harm yourself, there is solution to every problem, look for an immediate consultation & seek for help, engage yourself in your favourite hobbies, keep yourself occupied, engaging yourself in physical activities, prefer for yoga & exercise, meditation. Use such healthy coping strategies to begin the journey to healing & acceptance.
